CAPTAIN'S LOG

I knew when I first saw this little puppy Moses that it was going to be a beautiful dog and I was right.
This is the first time I saw it:



Now he's all grown up:

I was sworn to secrecy about the selling price of this new dinghy. But anyone that knows me will also know that the price was right, especially since I wasn't look for a new one and damn sure could not afford one. So let's just say that I was made an offer that I couldn't refuse.
It is in like new condition, never had a motor put on it. I have my doubts that it has even been in the water more than a dozen times if that. It is very nice.
So the old trusty "Lizard Turd" has already moved on to different waters. I sold it the very next day.
I have no plans as of yet to name the new one, but am open to suggestions.

Sometimes when your watching the Dolphins you just know that your about to see something fantastic. I think you can just feel the frenzy building. This time I was right in front of "An Especially Beautiful Hammock". I ran for the camera, focused on the area that I felt was where it was going to happen and BAM ! I definitely got lucky on this shot. I often see magnificent acts with these beautiful fish but seldom am I on time to catch it with the camera.
The is a young fish and mother. And you can tell that it is play. If it had been wild dolphin sex as it often is, the underside of the fish would have be a reddish tint. This photo alone was worth the whole trip out on the boat.

The downside to the trip was the fact that the "rednecks" had returned to the hammock. Over a dozen trees had been butchered. Trash littered the whole island. Again I had to clean trash up all day after the people trash had left. I just hope to one day catch them in the act of illegally cutting these trees. Yes, I will have the DNR on scene as I wait with the "trash people". Your warned.

This is by far the best boat toy and must have for the boating cruiser. What a great investment. I highly recommend it if you want free wifi on the go. The "Rogue Wave" long range marine wifi is the best.

There is nothing like a toddy in hand and watching a pelican glide one inch off the water for hundreds of yards. Wow. Then they go to work. Always searching for food. Like us. :)

OK update: I have had internet connection problems for fucking ever. I got so pissed off about it yesterday that I may have solved the Problem. I have been wanting this little toy for a long time. Then last night I had two shots of Tequila, something I have not done in a while. And then BAM !!!! Done !!
So here it is folks, the deciding factor, piss poor video streaming when I am on the boat. Not exceptable. Period!
