Lake George Community, Midway, Georgia or Keep On Trucking

Finally graduated on Friday. :) Yep !!! One of the CDL drivers wimped out at mid day and I had to take up his slack. So I got to make my first solo run. Smooth as a baby's ass it I do say so myself.

The First Solo Trip Out

So I did get in my fishing today. Didn't catch anything but had fun wetting the line again. Had one killer strike and whatever it was swilled the water like a lunker. I'll get him. :) Now that we know each other the fight is on.
I fished at Scott and Stephanie's new digs down in Midway, Ga. They live in the George Town Community. A totally beautiful lakeside community. I look forward to spending much time with my homies there. :)

Took lots of pictures today but some are large so its best to view them here on my flickr site:

Stephanie, God Bless her has really lost a lot of weight. "You're beautiful girl". And she loves the gardening thing too. I use to be like that.

Busyland

Delivering In The Landings

Hey Yawll. Wondering where I've been? LOL In Busyland as always. ".....life is a highway, I'm going to ride it.....", you know the song.
Started a new job a couple of weeks ago. Driving as usual but with the added benefit (?) of learning how to operate a moffett. Let me just say this, after two weeks of training I got my ass handed to me today operating the moffett. There is this little thing that you don't do called having too much weight on the forks when you extend them out. When you do that the whole fucking lift tilts forward and very fast. It is not a pretty thing. I had my head slammed against the metal cage and my ear gashed open, blood everywhere, my head ringing, dizzy as hell. Mohamed Ali coundn't hit that fucking hard. Took me a bit to recover from that. So I'm putting ice on a big ass knot on my head right now.....via ice, coke and whiskey. Oh and some ibuprofen too. LOL :)

But anyway.....shit happens. Moving on.

Found a cool ass license plate for my Toy. Going to do some fishing this weekend if it kills me. Time to get back in the grove of enjoying life and not worry so much about life's bullshit.
